Pizza Workshop opened in Bristol in 2015, offering eight classic sourdough pizzas and one or two specials. In their own words, “it’s not some dastardly plot to rid the world of choice. More a belief in putting all our energy into crafting one thing the best we possibly can.”
The project is a full turnkey restaurant solution where we developed and delivered the brand and the design and build in its entirety. From the edge of the pavement to the service door at the back of the restaurant, the space was completely refurbished with a new shopfront, interior, and kitchen. The result is a brand that’s perfectly aligned with the look and feel of the restaurant and the type of food that’s served. It is both modern and fresh.

They should definitely cut their pizza’s like their logo.
I like it a lot. Minor quibbles: I’m not convinced by using stamps for numbers on pizza boxes but would use printed check boxes and the symbols for the rest rooms feel out of place.
I’d LOVE to try one of those pizzas. Love that there are napkins everywhere.
Souless, looks mechanical and corprate. Sorry.
Impressive design all round. I’d like to go there and see for myself.
Like it. I’m hungry.
Kudos. Beautiful concept that incorporates creativity and innovation right where it belongs — smack in the middle of the customer experience.
